Who Created The Growth Institute?

The Growth Institute is an initiative of the counseling team at SouthBrook Christian Church in Miamisburg, OH. The team is lead by Randy Creamer who is a Professional Life Coach, a Certified Gottman Instructor, an author of 11 Interventions, a blogger, and a pastor for over 40 years. This highly equipped team are all Certified SouthBrook Pastoral Counselors.

Is there a return policy?

All payments for online courses are final. For our workshops, we allow a full refund up to 7 days prior to the start of the live workshop. If you have specific questions, contact Jen.snider@southbrook.org.

are there Scholarship options?

Our goal is that no one would be excluded from learning due to financial restrictions. At this time, we are forming a waitlist for scholarships for our live workshops on a first-come-first-served basis. Approximately one week prior to the event, you will be notified if there is a scholarship available for you. To add your name to the waitlist, please email your specific request to Jen.snider@southbrook.org

How secure is my online payment?

We use Stripe for all online payment processing, we cannot access your card information at any time. Your payment transactions are secure and private.
